Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lil' Noms app or website (collectively, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

The Service

Lil' Noms provides recipe and meal-planning content designed for families with babies and young children. All content is general information only and is not a substitute for medical or nutritional advice. Please consult a qualified pediatrician or registered dietitian regarding your child's specific health and dietary needs.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Lil' Noms accounts are intended for one household. Please do not share your account with people outside your household.

Subscriptions and Billing

Web subscriptions are billed through Stripe. In-app subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by the billing terms of those respective platforms. All subscriptions include a 7-day free trial and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time: web subscribers can manage their subscription in account settings or by emailing hello@lilnoms.co; in-app subscribers can cancel through their App Store or Google Play account settings.

Allergen and Safety Disclaimer

Allergen filters and choking-hazard notes within the Service are provided as guidance only. They are not a guarantee that a recipe or ingredient is safe for your child. You are solely responsible for evaluating what you feed your child, including checking all ingredient labels. Always supervise mealtimes closely and consult your pediatrician if you have any concerns about food allergies or choking risks.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute content from the Service without our prior written permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content within the Service, including recipes, images, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to Lil' Noms and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. We may also notify you by email if changes are material. Your continued use of the Service after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
