What is Lil' Noms?
Lil' Noms is an app that helps parents discover, save, and serve age-appropriate recipes for babies and young children. It pairs a library of 1,300+ pediatric-dietitian-designed recipes with a meal planner and an auto-built grocery list.
What ages is it for?
Seven stages, from first purees at around 6 months through big-kid plates at 8 years. Every recipe is tagged with the youngest stage it suits and stays appropriate for older kids too, so you never hit a gap as your child grows.
How does the age guidance work?
Each recipe shows the stage it is suitable from, for example "12-18mo+", which means it works for that age and every stage above. Early purees are the exception: a smooth 6-8 month puree is shown as a range like "6-8mo-2-3y" so it is not suggested to an older child who has moved on from purees. Where a younger eater needs a tweak, the recipe includes texture and prep modifications plus a choking-hazard note.
Who designs the recipes, and are they safe?
Recipes and age guidance are built with pediatric dietitians. Each one carries per-stage texture modifications and choking-hazard notes. That said, every child is different. Our notes are guidance, not a guarantee, so please check ingredient labels, supervise mealtimes, and talk to your pediatrician about your child's specific needs.
Can I track allergens?
Yes. Lil' Noms tracks the nine major allergens. You can hard-block any recipe that contains an allergen your child reacts to, and follow a step-by-step plan to introduce new allergens and keep them in safe rotation.
Can I use one account for more than one child?
Absolutely. Add every child with their own profile and age stage, and Lil' Noms tailors suggestions for each. One household plan covers all your kids, and you can share it with a co-parent or grandparent.
How much does it cost? Is there a free trial?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You can see current pricing on our home page. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Web subscribers can manage or cancel in account settings, or email us at hello@lilnoms.co. If you subscribed inside the iOS or Android app, manage it through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
Where can I use Lil' Noms?
On the web app and on your phone. Tap "Get the App" from the top of any page to get started, then log in with the same email across devices.
