Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and any child profiles you choose to set up, such as your child's age range and dietary preferences. We also collect standard usage data such as pages visited and features used, which helps us improve the Service.

How We Use Information

We use your information to provide and personalise the Service, process your subscription, send transactional emails such as receipts and password resets, and improve our content and features. We do not use your data for behavioural advertising by third parties.

Payment Processing

Web payments are handled by Stripe. In-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google through their respective platforms. Lil' Noms does not store your card details. Please review Stripe's, Apple's, and Google's privacy policies for information on how they handle payment data.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely with Supabase, our infrastructure provider. Supabase uses industry-standard security practices including encryption at rest and in transit. For more information, see Supabase's security documentation.

Children's Privacy

Lil' Noms is designed for parents and caregivers, not for direct use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children. The child profiles you create within your account are managed by you as the account holder. If you believe a child has submitted information to us without parental consent, please contact us so we can delete it.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Service (such as Stripe and Supabase), and only to the extent necessary to provide those services. We may also disclose data if required by law.

Your Choices

You may access, update, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at hello@lilnoms.co. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Note that deleting your account will permanently remove your child profiles and saved meal plans.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data from our active systems within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records for longer.
