Soft Oatmeal Apple Cookies
Soft, lightly sweet cookies loaded with oats, fresh apple, and a hint of cinnamon. A cozy snack the whole family can share.
Ingredients

- 70 g raisins2.47 oz raisins
Steps
- Heat your oven to 180C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Core the apple and dice it into small cubes about 5mm wide. You can leave the peel on.
- Cream the butter and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the apple sauce and vanilla until the mixture is smooth.
- Add the flour, oats, baking powder, and cinnamon, then mix on low speed until just combined.
- Fold in the diced apple and raisins until they are evenly spread through the dough.
- Scoop the dough into 12 even balls, place them on the tray, and flatten each gently with a fork.
- Bake for about 12 minutes until lightly golden at the edges, then cool on the tray for 5 minutes.
