Peach Overnight Oats
Creamy yoghurt overnight oats with sweet peach and a hint of vanilla. Stir it together the night before for an easy make-ahead breakfast.
Ingredients
- 150 g greek yoghurt5.29 oz greek yoghurt
- 5 ml honey1.01 tsp honey
- 2.5 ml vanilla extract0.51 tsp vanilla extract
- 15 ml almond butter1.01 tbsp almond butter
- 25 g rolled oats0.88 oz rolled oats
- 100 g peach, diced small3.53 oz peach, diced small
Steps
- Mix the yoghurt, almond butter, honey, and vanilla in a small bowl or jar until smooth and well combined.
- Stir in the rolled oats and diced peaches until everything is evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, until the oats soften and turn creamy.
- Stir well before serving and check the peach pieces are soft. Spoon into a bowl and serve cool.

Mash or finely chop the soaked peach pieces and stir well so the oats are soft and lump-free. Offer small spoonfuls. Honey is fine from 12 months but you can leave it out for a less sweet bowl.
