Milk

Ingredients

  • 2.5 cup greek yoghurt
  • 2 cup berry
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • dark chocolate drop

Steps

  1. Line a large flat dish with baking paper or parchment paper (ensure the dish will fit in your freezer before proceeding)
  2. In a blender or food processor blend 2 cups of the yoghurt with the frozen berries and maple syrup.
  3. Pour the berry yoghurt mixture into the dish, for best results you want it to be about ½ cm thick.Note the colour will change when frozen, the pink/purple becomes more vibrant.
  4. Use the remaining ½ cup of yoghurt to create ghosts on the pink/purple yoghurt. It goes a bit like this.. Blob a blob of yoghurt using a teaspoon. Take a chopstick and swirl a tail shape. With the chop stick create two little ghostly arms by swirling the yoghurt upwards
  5. Decorate with choc drops. 2 small eyes, 1 large mouth.
  6. Freeze... Depends on the thickness, usually around four hours overnight will always be a winner
  7. Peel off the baking paper and break or cut into pieces
  8. Enjoy.
