A smooth, oil-free tofu and Greek yogurt sauce sweetened gently with Asian pear. A creamy dip for soft vegetables, pasta, or sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • 150 g firm tofu, drained and crumbled5.29 oz firm tofu, drained and crumbled
  • 30 ml greek yogurt, full fat2.03 tbsp greek yogurt, full fat
  • 15 ml sesame seeds1.01 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 0.25 medium asian pear, peeled and grated

Steps

  1. Drain the tofu and pat it dry with a clean towel, then crumble it into a blender or small food processor.
  2. Peel and grate the Asian pear, then add it to the blender with the Greek yogurt and sesame seeds.
  3. Blend until completely smooth and very creamy, scraping down the sides once or twice so no seeds or lumps remain.
