Creamy Tofu and Yogurt Sauce
A smooth, oil-free tofu and Greek yogurt sauce sweetened gently with Asian pear. A creamy dip for soft vegetables, pasta, or sandwiches.
Ingredients
- 150 g firm tofu, drained and crumbled5.29 oz firm tofu, drained and crumbled
- 30 ml greek yogurt, full fat2.03 tbsp greek yogurt, full fat
- 15 ml sesame seeds1.01 tbsp sesame seeds
- 0.25 medium asian pear, peeled and grated
Steps
- Drain the tofu and pat it dry with a clean towel, then crumble it into a blender or small food processor.
- Peel and grate the Asian pear, then add it to the blender with the Greek yogurt and sesame seeds.
- Blend until completely smooth and very creamy, scraping down the sides once or twice so no seeds or lumps remain.
