Carrot Hummus Dip
A quick, veggie-loaded hummus blended with sweet carrot puree. Lovely as a dip, or spread onto soft bread or a wrap for little hands.
Ingredients
- 60 ml hummus, low-sodium if possible4.06 tbsp hummus, low-sodium if possible
- 30 ml carrot puree, smooth2.03 tbsp carrot puree, smooth
Steps
- In a small bowl, mix the hummus and carrot puree together until smooth and evenly combined.
- Spoon onto a plate and serve with soft dippers like pita wedges, steamed carrot sticks, or soft broccoli florets.

Tips by age
