Bright Kiwi Puree
A simple, smooth kiwi puree that is bright, fresh, and naturally sweet. A lovely first taste of fruit for little ones.
Ingredients
- 2 medium kiwi, peeled
Steps
- Peel the kiwis and cut away any tough core or white center so the puree stays smooth.
- Place the kiwi flesh in a small blender and puree until completely smooth.
- If the seeds will not break down, strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve, then serve at room temperature.

Tips by age
Blend completely smooth and strain out the seeds for a silky texture. Thin with a little breast milk or formula if needed. Offer on a pre-loaded spoon.
