Apple Chia Pudding
A creamy chia pudding stirred together with apple puree and a little cinnamon, then chilled until thick. A gentle make-ahead breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
- 120 ml apple puree8.12 tbsp apple puree

- 1.25 ml cinnamon, ground0.25 tsp cinnamon, ground
Steps
- Combine the apple puree, milk, chia seeds, and cinnamon in a bowl and stir well until evenly mixed.
- Wait a minute, then stir again to break up any clumps so the chia seeds spread out instead of settling.
- Pour into a jar or small bowl and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes until the pudding is soft and thick. Stir and serve.
