Lemon Feta Dip

This lemon feta dip is easy to make with just four ingredients. Delicious with veggies, crackers, fritters and pita bread.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup yogurt
  • 60 g feta
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Steps

  1. Place the first measure of yogurt, feta, lemon juice and zest in a blender of food processor, and blitz until smooth.
  2. Stir the feta yogurt mixture through the second measure of yogurt to give a thick dip consistency.
  3. Taste your dip and season with salt and pepper as needed.
