- 1.5 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 0.5 cup cheddar cheese
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a large bowl, mix together the self-rising flour, full-fat Greek yogurt, and cheese until a shaggy dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface. Knead for 2 to 3 minutes, just until the dough becomes smooth and uniform. If the dough feels too sticky, chill it in the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes to make it easier to handle.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and arrange them snugly in the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden and the rolls feel set.
