  • 0.75 cup mango
  • 0.5 cup milk yogurt
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 0.06 teaspoon ground cardamom

Steps

  1. If using fresh mango, peel, pit, and dice the flesh.
  2. Combine the mango, yogurt, milk, and cardamom in a blender.
  3. Blend for about 30 seconds until completely smooth.
  4. Pour into a cup or serve in a small bowl with a spoon for younger children. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to one day.
