Mango Yogurt Lassi
A creamy, refreshing Indian yogurt drink blended with sweet mango and warm cardamom spice. Perfect for warm afternoons.

Ingredients
- 0.75 cup mango
- 0.5 cup milk yogurt
- 0.25 cup milk
- 0.06 teaspoon ground cardamom
Steps
- If using fresh mango, peel, pit, and dice the flesh.
- Combine the mango, yogurt, milk, and cardamom in a blender.
- Blend for about 30 seconds until completely smooth.
- Pour into a cup or serve in a small bowl with a spoon for younger children. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to one day.
