Greek Yogurt and Fruit Parfait

Ingredients

  • 0.75 cup milk greek yogurt
  • 6 medium strawberry
  • 0.5 medium banana
  • 0.25 cup blueberry
  • 2 tablespoon soft granola

Steps

  1. Hull the strawberries and quarter them lengthwise into small pieces.
  2. Slice the banana into thin coins (about 3mm thick).
  3. For children under 3 years, halve the blueberries by pressing each one flat with the side of a knife and cutting through.
  4. Spoon the Greek yogurt into small bowls or cups.
  5. Scatter the prepared fruit on top.
  6. For children 3 years and older, add a small sprinkle of soft granola on top for texture if desired.
