Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie

My goal is to create a protein-packed mint chocolate chip smoothie recipe that uses healthy-ish ingredients including peppermint oil and cacao nibs that will taste similar to one of my favorite ice cream flavors, mint chocolate chip.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 0.25 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp cacao nib
  • 0.25 cup mint
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 0.5 cup spinach
  • 0.5 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup ice

Steps

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass and top with additional cacao nibs. Serve immediately.
