Baked Cinnamon Sugar Bunuelos
A baked, kid-friendly take on Mexican bunuelos. Crispy baked tortillas dusted with cinnamon sugar for an easy dessert.

Ingredients
- 4 flour tortilla
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Steps
- Preheat oven to 200C/400F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Lightly brush both sides of each tortilla wedge with melted butter.
- Arrange wedges in a single layer on the tray and bake for 6 to 8 minutes, until crisp and lightly golden.
- While still warm, toss with the cinnamon sugar mixture and serve.
